"Insanity is knowing that what you're doing is completely idiotic, but still, somehow, you just can't stop it."
~ E. Wurtzel

I once read in my very wise book that "Tears are a river that takes you somewhere…Tears lift your boat off the rocks, off dry ground, carrying it downriver to someplace better" and yet sometimes I wonder -- is it always really so?!..
What if all you do is start sinking?
What if your black hole doesnt have such tangible bottom all in all?!...

But we are so beautifully amazing that we try and try. And even if we fail, we try again. Fail again. Fail better. Try better. Again and again.

Moments of insanity come often than we like to think or believe, often when we are stressed or pushed beyond our mental and emotional limits. Yet somehow in these moments of "insanity" we somehow survive, our coping systems evolve, we evolve, and we grow, so we learn to cope with the stress of the situation or insanity as such. Like a emotional, and mental virus that effects us temporarily, our mental and emotional immune systems, kick in to fight the cause, but yes we need our space and time to clear baggage and hurt that we caused, mostly ourselves and quite often than not, others that we leave behind. Finding really, that in the end, it is the reaction of ego that is really being tested. How could you really blame someone who is temporarily insane? You can't because they don't know and neither do you... but with a bit of perspective, self objectiveness and a little understanding of our human condition, we learn to love those who inflict the hurt on themselves and others, and we are all stronger and wiser for it, and love them no less...

That my friend is the real challenge...
